Industrial Investment Bank of India. He has also been a member of the Securities
Appellate Tribunal (SAT).

Mr. S. C. Bhargava (Director)
He is qualified fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He
has 37 years of experience in Insurance industry and retired as a Executive Director
Investment of Life Insurance Corporation of India. Post retirement he was consultant
to Bank & MET LIFE INSURANCE CO. During last 10 years of his service he was looking
after investment and acquired specialized knowledge of Finance, Investment including
Treasury management. At present he is working as a Financial Consultant and also
he is on the Board of Various companies as an Independent Director.

Mr. Venkatesan Narayanan (Director)
He has over 15 years of experience in senior management having worked with leading
consulting companies and has experience spread over venture management / TEFS /
Commercial due diligence and also in facilitating financial closure in respect of
infrastructure projects. He has consulting expertise in the infrastructure arena,
having been associated with several projects covering roads and bridges, power,
tourism and urban infrastructure. He is presently a free-lance consultant and is
advising a few Corporate.

Post Graduate in Public Administration
Young energetic 40 yrs, having more than 22 years of experience in insurance industry.
Has worked with Oriental Insurance Co Ltd., for more than 15 years and with other
insurance intermediaries. Life Member Insurance Institute of India, IRDA Broker
Exam passed. Has vast experience of Marketing and claim management.
